In an effort to provide our clients with outstanding response times they deserve, DataFuzion provides a three-tiered support method that allows our clients to open trouble tickets.

Our first, and most effective, means to opening a trouble ticket would be via the internet. DataFuzion provides a customized link to our clients used to create a trouble ticket.
The internet option provides the best approach because of the background logic in place. After a user submits a ticket, our system contacts the appropriate resources via various means (e.g., e-mail, paging, mobile text messaging and more) to insure quality response times and timely resolutions.
However, we have also considered the unfortunate occasion that our client may experience a complete system down preventing them from accessing the internet. In this unfortunate event, we have developed an after hours telephone support system that allows you to use our automated attend also with logic built in.
Our toll free customer support number is 866.403.5308. At the attendant, simply press 1 for support that will guide you through the remainder of the process. The attendant will instruct you to leave a detailed message about your current situation. Once you have ended your call, the attendant starts paging the designated on-call tech support manager. The tech support project manager will start the process by initiate resources available then call you either with a status report or to obtain additional information.

As a final means of opening a trouble ticket, you always have the option of contacting your account executive directly. Because this means is dependent on the account executives availability, it provides the least favorable response times and automation.
